Gorgeous, stunning, sensational! Australia's Jennifer Hawkins is the new Miss Universe. The "thunder from down under", as she was called by pageant M. C. Billy Bush, was a hot favorite for the crown (earlier today she was named one of GB's top 5 choices) and the 2nd winner from her country (Australia also won in 1972 with Kerry Ann Wells).
With three top models in the panel of judges, it was clear that this time the Miss Universe organization was looking for a more modern type of beauty, with super model looks and moves. Jennifer was just the perfect choice!
