Britney Spears Back in Shape
New mother Britney Spears gave fans a pleasant surprise on Friday, when she stepped out and showed off her slimmed-down figure during a dinner date with her husband Kevin Federline.
The singer hadn't previously been seen out in public following the September 14 arrival of her son Sean Preston.
But a month to the day after the boy's birth, Spears and Federline dined at Malibu, California, restaurant Moonshadow, where onlookers marveled at how quickly the pop beauty shed her baby weight.
Spears' former trainer Bobby Strom says, "She's a pro. She knows what to do (to get back in shape)."

Rose McGowan's Hollywood Bust
Charmed actress Rose McGowan made a sudden departure in handcuffs from a Hollywood nightclub Tuesday, but it may have been a misunderstanding, New York's Daily News reports.
McGowan, who was at The Vanguard club for a bash sponsored by T-Mobile, was on the dance floor when she was surrounded by security guards who briefly handcuffed her and escorted her from the club.
A witness told the Daily News that McGowan "was having a spirited time on the dance floor" and appeared to be doing something with her keys that led to the intervention by security guards.
But Dominique Appel, a rep for McGowan, tells the paper that the actress was uncomfortable with a man who was standing too close to her, and she asked him to move. "Words were exchanged," Appel said. "It happened he was a security guard. She was handcuffed and taken outside."
McGowan was detained, Appel said, but when the club realized what was happening, she was quickly released.

THE Daily Mirror today reveals shocking pictures of supermodel Kate Moss snorting a fat line of cocaine during a debauched drugs and drink session with junkie lover Pete Doherty.
As the white powder induces a sudden rush to her brain, she rocks back in her seat and laughs hysterically. The coke is kicking in.
Within seconds she leans forward and again sniffs into a tightly rolled-up £5 note, hoovering up every last grain of the Class A drug.
